nSenior Business Data Analyst. Responsible for business analysis, recommendations for business strategy, and special data projects for the Stays Business.n

Your Work Will Include

- Building data support and run analysis to determine key business trends on supply, demand, product, and make recommendations to Regional Supply Leaders
n
- Delivering data and insights to enable the company’s growth efforts
n
- Providing mentorships and support to junior business analysts and in close partnership with Advanced Analytics team
n

A Typical Day

nn
- Run business data for regional teams
n
- Build tools and equip regional teams (Homes Regional Supply Leaders, Country Managers, and Business Operations) with the relevant data support to make actionable decisions
n
- Deep dive on trends to support planning cycle and business performance review
n
- Assist to leadership inquiries, providing data driven insights quickly and accurately by leveraging tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau
n
- Develop actionable business analysis
n
- Work with Strategic Finance and Advanced Analytics team to assess business performance and deep dive into areas of strength and weakness of the countries
n
- Enable functional leads to provide consistent information to their teams and stakeholders
n




- Create decks to communicate strategy and business performance to key stakeholders
n
- Support on special projects (e.g., analyses into new market expansion performance, impact of product campaigns)
n
- Provide analytical support on key cross-functional projects
n
- Assist ongoing projects with progress tracking and measurement capabilities such as performance dashboards
n
- Partner with functional teams (comms, marketing, product) to better understand ROI and drive actions
n

Your Expertise

nn
- 8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis
n
- Extensive relevant work experience in data science with strong business background in consumer
n
- Strong fluency in SQL, Tableau. Python is a plus
n
- Proven ability to succeed in collaborative environments with cross‑functional stakeholders and also in independent work environments
n
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively to audiences of varying technical levels
n

The base pay range shown below is monthly, is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and employee travel credits.n
