About the Opportunity

nAs a React Native Developer at Orium, you’ll build high-quality mobile applications for enterprise clients, working within autonomous, Agile delivery teams. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, Product Owners, and both internal and client-side engineers to deliver scalable mobile solutions in complex environments.n

Responsibilities

- Play a contributing role in delivering enterprise-grade mobile solutions using React Native
n
- Collaborate closely with designers, Product Owners, and client-side engineering teams
n
- Contribute to technical and architectural decisions,



particularly in shared ownership or client-integrated environments
n
- Participate in estimation, prioritization, and delivery planning to support on-time, on-budget execution
n
- Uphold high standards for code quality, performance, accessibility, and maintainability
n
- Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly and proactively with both internal teams and client stakeholders
n
- Leverage modern AI-powered and agentic developer tools (e.g., Claude Code, Devin, GitHub Copilot, Codex) to improve velocity, quality, and creativity in problem-solving.
n
- Evaluate when and how to apply AI-assisted development responsibly, balancing efficiency with sound engineering judgment.
n
- Explore opportunities to integrate automation and AI into workflows (e.g., test generation, scaffolding, documentation, debugging assistance, architecture exploration).
n
- Contribute to shaping Orium’s internal adoption of AI for software development and share learnings with the team.

Skills and Qualifications

n

n
- 5+ years of industry experience with React Native and React, including experience delivering production mobile applications
n
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and modern development best practices
n
- Experience collaborating with or integrating alongside native mobile teams (iOS and/or Android)
n




- Solid experience with modern JavaScript, CSS, and responsive design patterns, with exposure to mobile performance optimization
n
- Familiarity with modern mobile tooling, debugging, and deployment workflows — including experience with platforms such as Expo and/or Firebase in production environments
n
- Experience contributing to large-scale or business-critical applications, ideally in client-facing or consulting contexts
n
- English proficiency is required.
