**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design and prototype user interfaces** for our web-based SaaS platform.
- Conduct **user research, usability testing, and iterative design** improvements.
- Create **wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes** using tools like **Figma or Adobe XD**.
- Develop and maintain a **consistent design system and UI components**.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Optimize designs for **responsiveness, accessibility, and performance**.
- Analyze user behavior, collect feedback, and refine experiences accordingly.

**Qualifications**




- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in **wireframing, prototyping, and UI design**.
- Proficiency in **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools**.
- Experience with **user research, journey mapping, and usability testing**.
- Understanding of **front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)** to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Knowledge of **design systems, typography, and color theory**.
- Ability to work independently in a **remote, fast-paced environment**.

**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of **WCAG accessibility standards** and best practices.
- Familiarity with **motion design and micro-interactions**.
- Experience collaborating in **Agile/Scrum environments**.
- **Bonus**: Experience designing **marketing and sales assets**, including **landing pages, social media graphics, and promotional materials**.
