; to ensure all products, data or service meets specified quality requirements.
- Ensures that quality engineering effectively interprets and flows down customer contractual quality requirements to programs, engineering, manufacturing, and inspection.
- Facilitates continuous improvement activities aimed at reducing cost or poor quality and improving overall process capability.




- Must interface successfully with external and internal customers by discussing quality specifications and actions taken to prevent or correct problems with products produced and post-delivery defects.
- Leads and manages teams that preform investigations to determine the root cause for product and process nonconformance.
- Monitors production standards and investigate methods of improvement where standards are not being met.
- Monitor and take action to ensure sustainment of results achieved through problem solving activities.
- Ensures that all quality initiates and follows-up on inspection and test methods and procedures to ascertain proper administration and compliance with all requirements.
.- Trains and develops all personnel in root cause analysis of quality issues and development of long-term cost-effective solutions as well as a 'preventive' mind set to anticipate future occurrences.
**Profile**:- Bachelor degree as an Industrial engineer, or related - Advanced English - Experience in dealing directly with customers turning automotive OEM, problem-solving, monitoring implementation of corrective and preventive actions, process audits, interpretation of customer information portals, implementation of improvement strategies, etc..
