using specific tools developed by Engineering team.What You'll Own & DriveOnboard and integrate new features into the system.Collect, structure, and manage operational data efficiently.Map request and response logic based on client and regional specifications.Operate and maintain tools developed by the Engineering team.Review analytics feedback and drive optimization initiatives.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including customer-reported bugs.Participate in client and internal sales calls, providing operational support and insights.The Qualities That Set You ApartExperience with compliance tools or identity verification platformsFamiliarity with fraud prevention and digital identity verification trends.Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination.Background in working directly with Sales and Customer Support teams.Your BackgroundBachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or any data related degreeMinimum 1 year of experience in Data Analytics or Product Operations.Proficiency in:HTML5RESTful API architecture and testing tools (e.g., Postman, Sandbox)JSON/XML data formatsLogical operations and Boolean functionsAdvanced Regular Expressions (Java 8) (must have)Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,
