About This Opportunity

Join a growing company as their Product Designer and shape the end-to-end experience of digital products. Balance user-centered design principles with business objectives while producing designs that are functional, intuitive, and scalable across web and mobile platforms.

What You'll Do

- Conduct user research including interviews, usability studies, and data analysis to identify needs and pain points
- Create personas, user journey maps, and user flows to guide design decisions and product strategy
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems including typography, color palettes, icons, and reusable components
- Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) are incorporated into all designs across devices and platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define scope, priorities, and accurate implementation
- Run A/B tests on UI variations and gather user feedback to validate design improvements
- Deliver pixel-perfect designs for web and mobile interfaces with detailed interaction specifications
- Partner with development teams using handoff tools like Zeplin, Figma Dev Mode, or InVision Inspect
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and product performance data

What You Bring

- 2+ years professional product design experience with strong UX/UI portfolio showcasing problem-solving and craftsmanship
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for designing and prototyping
- Experience creating user flows,



wireframes, prototypes, and responsive layouts for web and mobile
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards
- Familiarity with design system creation and maintenance across product teams
- Experience working in Agile environments with product managers and development teams
- Strong communication skills with ability to defend design decisions using data and user insights
- Background in SaaS platforms, consumer apps, or enterprise tools (preferred)
- Basic front-end development knowledge (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for better collaboration (preferred)
- Experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Optimizely (preferred)
