developing personal growth opportunities.- Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.- Development and Evaluation of Risk Analysis and ergonomic operations, equipment, and processes.- APQP process development (Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, PC, and MSA).- Use of STOP license as a tool for reporting/correcting unsafe behavior.**Key responsibilities (to name a few)**:- Achieve or improved production metrics established.Leading, planning, monitoring,- Coach the production operators' activities according to demand, procedures, policies and systems.**REQUIRED SKILLS**:- Keeps self-control in hard situations.- Strong Communication skills- Probl
