Role Description The Admissions Specialist is a full-time presence role based in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area, allowing on-campus work. The primary responsibilities include managing the student recruitment process, providing exceptional customer service during admissions inquiries, and guiding prospective students through the onboarding process. The role involves building relationships,
conducting presentations, and collaborating with teams to meet enrollment goals. Additionally, the Admissions Specialist will contribute to the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract and enroll prospective students.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with prospective students and their families.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to provide tailored information for diverse individuals.
- Sales acumen and experience to meet enrollment targets and foster positive relationships.
- Experience in student recruitment, sales, or public relations, with the passion for supporting students in their academic journey.
- Fluency in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a presence work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute to and between work locations.
- Experience in advance sales in top CRM like HubSpot is required.
