drives performance management, enhances savings-tracking accuracy, and strengthens alignment between Finance, Procurement, and key business stakeholders.As a trusted advisor, the FBP enables data-driven decision-making and supports the delivery of Gameplan targets, SG&A; commitments, and overall procurement effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:Spend & Performance ReportingDeliver regular spend reporting to Procurement leadership and provide ad-hoc spend analyses.Analyze actionablespendand prepare insights for the Center.Assist Procurement teams with developing andvalidatingspend baselines.PPM (Procurement Performance Management)Provide weekly PPM reporting for leadership performance meetings and Procurement teams.Track PPM delivery against Gameplan targets and highlight risks/opportunities.Regularly review PPM data for accuracy and ensure data integrity.Validatebaseline spend and savings calculationsentered intoPPM
