State the primary function or overall purpose of your position.nnEaton AER ITD division is currently seeking a EHS Manager for the Tijuana ITD facility. The Environmental Health u0026 Safety Manager is to provide Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Sustainability leadership for the Tijuana ITD facility, including the facilities maintenance. This requires a proactive approach to development and maintenance of processes to ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State and Local laws as well as Eatonu2019s EHS Management System (MESH), including ISO 14001 requirements. Coordinate plant security and loss control efforts. nu2022 Partner with other functional support/engineering teams to ensure plant projects, changes, upgrades,



and modifications adhere to and meet "Change Managementu201d processes. nu2022 Assist our Operational Excellence Team with environmental, health, safety, security or sustainability capital projects. nu2022 Maintain state and federal level regulatory compliance for the facility (STPS, SMADS, SEMARNAT, ETC.). nu2022 Review plant environmental permits and ensures terms and conditions are understood and complied with, ensures required documentation is maintained and required regulatory reports are submitted to the respective agency. nu2022 Champion MESH program and assessment process and work with plant leadership team to drive MESH Champions engagement. nu2022 Develop/maintain all required written MESH, regulatory and training requirements, e.g., HazCom, BBP, Hearing Conservation, LOTO, Confined Space, Fall Protection, PPE Assessments etc. nu2022 Improve Employee Engagement by actively partnering with all plant personnel on safety programs. nu2022 Compile required safety performance metric data for the OSHA/STPS specific injury/illness log and management of the workeru2019s compensation program. nu2022 Pursue third party recognition for programs that establish the site and Eatonu2019s EHS program as world class. nu2022 Drive environmental footprint reduction activities in Water, Waste, and Energy consumption nu2022 Management, maintenance, repair, and safety of the facilities nu2022 Planning, coordination, and strategy development for ensuring the long-term improvement of the facilities nu2022 Managing people, vendors, suppliers, and guests in the facilities nu2022 Attending meetings and sharing constructive input nu2022 Following safety, health,
