Eatonu2019s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Quality Manager.nnEaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eatonu0027s plans, programs and practices. Driving strategic direction of the business and ensuring achievement of operating and production nobjectives consistent with quality assurance requirements and customer, optimizing the utilization of nthe workforce to minimize manufacturing costs. nB. This position provides overall leadership for Quality. nB. Key responsibilities include driving the Strategic Quality Plan at the operational level, defining and nimplementing strategic initiatives to ensure our continued success in the deployment of the Eaton nBusiness System. nC. Development of short- and long-term business strategies to align our resources to meet future ncustomer needs and drive superior operating results. nD. Driving strategic direction of the business and ensuring achievement of operating and production nobjectives consistent with quality assurance requirements and customer, optimizing the utilization of nthe workforce to minimize manufacturing costs. nE.



Establish and maintain budgets, manpower and equipment requirements to support the needs of the ncustomer both internally and externally. nF. Ensure that systems and operations are compliant with prescribed Quality system requirements and nidentify and implement improvement opportunities. nG. Manage processes, material, and personnel to ensure that finished material is shipped according to nschedules u0026 according to customer requirements. This includes internal and external customers. nH. Implement, promote and maintain a safe work environment by implementing a culture of prevention, ninvestigation, equipment maintenance and application of rules to prevent any incident or accident. nIdentify, control and administer risk and danger in own area. nI. Promotes the companyu2019s mission and vision by actively supporting Eatonu2019s ethics and values as well nas quality policies. nJ. Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through neffectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired nbehaviors and results.nn## Qualifications:nnA. Industrial Engineering degree or related fields required. nB. 5 u2013 7 years experience in a management position within a manufacturing environment (preferably nautomotive) nC. English u2013 language capability, speaking, reading u0026 writing required nD. Broad technical knowledge in the areas of manufacturing processes, quality assurance plant nengineering, production/materials planning, maintenance needs and systems application. nE. EBE (or equivalent process) examiner or organization leader,



six sigma qualification would also be nbeneficial. nF. Broad financial knowledge for asset management, budgeting and profit plan obtainment. nG. Knowledge of behavioral science, including the ability to motivate, counsel, and constructively deal nwith people at all levels. nH. Strong leadership skills must be capable of leading their organization on a continuous journey of nsustained improvement.nn## Additional Information:nnA. This position requires some travel. nB. It requires the use management skills, act as a liaison for associates at all levels. nC. Support continuous improvement efforts to meet and exceed customer requirements in a fast paced nenvironment. nD. Participate and assist in meeting all plant Environmental Health and Safety objectives. nE. Establish a timely response for corrective actions to help drive continuous improvement through the nEnvironmental Management Program. nF. Utilizing the PRO-Launch process, direct the transfer, start-up and development of new technologies nor new processes; promotes and applies the continuous improvement. nG. Develop and implement positive employee relations (Eaton Philosophy) to encourage employee ninvolvement and to create an environment in which employees see no need for third party nintervention. nH.
