The position is split approximately 50/50 between:- Proposal Writing: Creating compelling proposals and business content that effectively communicate our value.

- Gen AI-Focused Work: Leading the charge on Gen AI integration within our writing processes.As our Gen AI Lead, you will:- Use advanced prompting techniques to accelerate and enhance first draft content generation.
- Support writers by developing and implementing AI-powered tools, workflows, and methodologies designed to improve speed, efficiency, and quality.
