We are looking for a hands-on IT Coordinator with strong leadership skills to take ownership of our IT operations and lead our current team.

This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys both technical work (infrastructure & support) and team coordination, in a fast-paced call center environment.

What you'll do:

• Lead and coordinate the IT team (support & infrastructure)

• Ensure smooth daily IT operations across the site

• Manage and optimize networks, servers, and systems

• Support call center technologies (VoIP, CRM, WFM tools)

• Handle escalations and critical incidents

• Implement IT best practices, security, and processes

• Work closely with leadership to align IT with business needs

What we're looking for:

• Experience in IT support, infrastructure, and team coordination

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Hands-on experience with networks, servers, and call center tools

• Leadership mindset (not just technical execution)

• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent situations
