- We are hiring a Call Center Operations Manager to take full ownership of our appointment-setting team.
- *About the Role**
- This is not a maintenance role.
- You will be responsible for building structure, enforcing accountability, and driving performance across a team of appointment setters.
- We are looking for someone who can step in and stabilize and scale a call center operation quickly.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and lead a team of appointment setters
- Own daily performance metrics (call volume, contact rate, appointments set)
- Improve show-up rates and overall lead quality
- Reduce rep no-shows, turnover, and inconsistencies
- Build and enforce daily structure (schedules, follow-ups, tracking)
- Conduct call audits, coaching sessions,



and team trainings
- Ensure CRM accuracy (Go High Level or similar)
- Identify and resolve performance issues early
- *What We’re Looking For**
- 3+ years managing outbound call center teams (appointment setting)
- Proven experience improving KPIs and team performance
- Strong operational mindset and attention to detail
- Direct leadership style with strong accountability
- Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
- Solar or high-ticket lead generation experience is a plus

nCompensation & Schedulen
- Base: $300–$400/week + performance bonuses
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 pm EST
- *Important**
- We’ve had leadership in this role before that did not meet the standard.
- We are now looking for someone who can take ownership, build structure fast, and deliver results
