**CellMark**is an international marketing company, with expertise in the pulp and paper industry.CellMark operates in over 65 offices in 30 countries, with Novato being its regional headquarters.
As a **Customer Service Representative,** you will provide administrative support to our Integral Sales and Customer Service Team.
**Responsibilities** would include, but are not limited to:
- Handling inquiries from traders, customers, and suppliers.
- Order processing.
- Coordinating documentation/invoicing and logistics.
- Troubleshoot problems encountered during the various stages of the supply chain.
**Requirements**:
- Valid American Visa (to get coaching in USA)
- ** Really Fluent in English (you will be working only with American people and it will be several English interviews in the process)**
**Knowledge Required**:
- **
Bachelor’s degree or experience; Customer service / Imports / logistics / supply chain.**:
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
**Skill Requirements**:
- Highly organized and responsible with impeccable attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and time management skills
- Enthusiastic self-starter, who can work independently but also thrive in a team environment
- Passion for providing excellent service
- Problem / solution oriented
- Results driven
- Multi-lingual (Spanish) would be an asset
**WE OFFER**:
