- *Position Summary**

nInsendra is seeking a copywriter to craft compelling email and SMS content across our client portfolio. This is a full-time role for a writer who understands eCommerce and is comfortable working directly inside Klaviyo, from writing to build and deployment. You won’t just hand off copy; you will be responsible for the entire process through the send. This role has the potential to grow into account management. Insendra is a small and evolving team with consistent opportunities to advance internally.n
- *What You’ll Do**
- *Copywriting**
- Write campaign and flow copy for email and SMS across multiple eCommerce verticals
- Adapt tone, voice, and messaging for each client’s brand, never using templatized messaging or boilerplate copy
- Write subject lines, preview text, body copy,



and CTAs optimized for conversion
- Collaborate with designers to ensure copy works cohesively with visuals
- *Klaviyo Production**
- Upload and format finalized email designs inside Klaviyo for each client account
- Schedule campaigns according to client calendars and deployment timelines
- Build and configure basic automated flows, including welcome series, abandoned cart, post purchase, win-back, and browse abandonment.
- QA all emails before deployment and approach work methodically, ensuring there are no mistakes in the final copy
- *Collaboration and team process**
- You will work closely with the account manager and designer within a production pod, focusing on a set number of clients
- Manage copy and deliverables in Airtable and communicate progress through Slack and internal client meetings
- Incorporate client feedback quickly and accurately
- Maintain consistent weekly output across multiple active accounts
- *What We’re Looking For**
- Strong english copywriting skills with a portfolio that demonstrates eCommerce or DTC experience
- Klaviyo proficiency is required. You must be comfortable building, uploading, and scheduling inside the platform from day one
- Familiarity with email and SMS marketing best practices
- Ability to write in multiple brand voices and quickly understand the look/feel of clients across multiple verticals
- Comfortable working remotely in Airtable, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Ability to work US EST hours
