Job Responsibilities

- Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences using Figma.
- Conduct UX research and user testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and engineers to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency across products.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.

Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in Figma for UI design and prototyping.
- Experience conducting UX research and user testing.
- Strong understanding of design systems and their implementation.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Background in both UX and UI design disciplines.
- Experience collaborating in agile product development cycles.
