Job Description

Our Client is seeking a mid-level Product Designer to manage UX and product design execution across their core platform. This role is suitable for a designer who can work independently, critically analyze workflows, and execute designs from start to finish while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Leadership for higher-level decisions.

Responsibilities

- Own UX design for product features and workflows from concept through release.
- Design end-to-end user flows for complex, multi-step experiences.
- Identify UX issues and propose improvements proactively.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate and feasible implementation.
- Maintain consistency across product UX patterns and interaction standards.




- Participate in product discussions and provide UX input early in the process.

Required Experience and Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer.
- Proven experience in managing features or workflows end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and user behavior.
- Ability to articulate and defend design decisions clearly.
- Comfortable working in complex, regulated, or high-stakes products (fintech, LegalTech, healthcare, or similar environments are a plus).

Preferred Skills

- Experience with trust-, identity-, or compliance-sensitive workflows.
- Familiarity with design systems (using, maintaining, or contributing).
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering in fast-moving teams.
