Your role will focus on delivering end-to-end product experiences that are visually refined and grounded in a deep understanding of user needs and business outcomes. You play a key role in shaping product direction, working closely with Product Managers and data teams to co-lead vision, strategy, and execution. You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies: Bachelor’s Degree in Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Service Design, Graphic Design (UX-focused), or equivalent experience.



4–6 years of experience designing digital interfaces (Web and Mobile). 1–2 years demonstrating strong product thinking and data-informed decision-making. Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems, tokens, and scalable file governance. Proven ability to define, track, and analyze UX metrics (e.g., task success rate, time on task, error rate).

Experience influencing product backlog through data-driven design proposals. Strong experience collaborating with Product Managers, engineers, and data teams. Solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.

Experience participating in product discovery and roadmap definition. Familiarity with Product Design frameworks such as Lean UX or Continuous Discovery.
