What You'll Do

n

- Design elegant and intuitive mobile and web elements and interfaces
- Transform discovery insights into user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished visual designs
- Create and maintain scalable design systems that ensure consistency within client products
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to align design decisions with business goals and technical realities
- Plan and run usability tests; turn findings into rapid iterations

Requirements

n

Must haves

n

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years designing web and/or mobile applications
- Portfolio that demonstrates strong interaction design, visual design, and system design thinking
- Advanced proficiency with Figma
- Experience with AI-enabled design tools such as Figma AI, Uizard, etc




- Solid understanding of platform guidelines for iOS and Android design
- Experience with Design Thinking
- Experience conducting end-to-end user research and turning insights into product improvements
- Concept‑to‑vision storytelling—comfortable pitching early concepts to executives or clients, backed by research and business rationale
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
- Comfortable collaborating within distributed, multidisciplinary teams
- Proactive, collaborative mindset

Nice to have

n

- Accessibility expertise (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design techniques
- Frontend fluency—build high fidelity prototypes in HTML/CSS/React or Tailwind
- AR/VR or spatial UI exposure (WebXR, Unity)
