We are looking for candidates with excellent spoken English who have lived, studied, or worked in English speaking environments and are comfortable speaking with customers in a performance driven role.

Compensation

Weekly Base Pay

- $228 USD

Daily Commissions (per qualified appointment)

- 1st: $5
- 2nd: $10
- 3rd: $15
- 4th: $20

Weekly Performance Bonuses

- 1st Place: $100
- 2nd Place: $75
- 3rd Place: $50

Schedule

- Monday to Friday:
- 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM PST
- Saturday:
- 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST

What You’ll Do

- Speak with potential customers using our dialer
- Pre-qualify prospects and guide conversations
- Handle objections and keep conversations on track
- Accurately log notes in the CRM

Requirements

- Clear and confident English (spoken)




- Strong communication and listening skills
- Professional and reliable
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in call center or customer-facing roles is a plus

What to Expect

This role is straightforward to learn, but performance matters. You will be speaking with a high volume of people daily and are expected to stay consistent and focused.
