About the Role
We are looking for experienced AI professionals with strong hands-on engineering backgrounds who can design and lead the implementation of enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions.
Responsibilities
Design and architect end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise environments
Develop and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI applications
Lead the full AI project lifecycle including research, prototyping, development, and production deployment
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams
Drive delivery of scalable AI systems and ensure successful project outcomes
Qualifications
Strong experience in AI architecture and AI-driven initiatives
5+ years of hands-on coding experience with Java and Python
Experience building solutions using Machine Learning and Generative AI models
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Cursor AI
Strong technical leadership and collaboration skills
Experience working with development and QA teams in agile environments
Required Skills

Pay range and compensation package
Opportunities require relocation to the United States. TN visa sponsorship supported for qualified candidates. Candidates may remain in their current role during the hiring and visa process.
