As an AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of AI innovation, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI solutions that address complex business challenges.
Your work will involve a combination of best practices from software engineering and data science, enabling the creation of intelligent systems.




You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that AI solutions are integrated seamlessly into business operations, driving both strategic and operational excellence.
- Conduct thorough data exploration and preprocessing to prepare high-quality datasets for AI implementation.
- Implement, develop, and optimize unstructured data preprocessing techniques for text, images, audio, and video data.
- Implement indexing techniques and data pipelines to support efficient retrieval and storage of large-scale unstructured and structured data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and workflows.
- Manage the full AI/ML project lifecycle from research and development to deployment and continuous optimization.
- Develop and maintain scalable AI/ML pipelines using AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Ensure ethical AI development practices, focusing on fairness, transparency, and data privacy.
- Develop and deploy APIs and services that integrate AI solutions into existing business systems, ensuring seamless interaction across platforms.
- Conduct prompt engineering and implement RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) for specific use cases.
- Implement and optimize AI/ML and GenAI tools for image processing, computer vision, semantic segmentation, and natural language processing (NLP).

- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience with generative models (GANs, VAEs, LLMs), traditional machine learning algorithms, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Experience with deep learning models.
- Proficiency in GenAI frameworks and orchestration tools such as LlamaIndex and LangChain.
- Experience with LLMOps and traceability platforms such as W&B;, LangFuse, LangSmith, and DataBricks.
- Strong knowledge of unstructured and structured data preprocessing techniques and data engineering practices.
- Familiarity with big data tools and techniques for handling large datasets.
- Experience with Vector DBs such as Pinecone and Weaviate, and hybrid search systems combining keyword, fuzzy, and semantic search.
- Familiarity with indexing techniques and large-scale data retrieval systems.
- Proficiency in cloud computing and AI deployment on platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, including evaluation and monitoring of AI models.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with the principles of ethical AI, including data privacy, algorithmic fairness, and transparency in AI systems.
- Familiarity with Gen AI evaluation frameworks and metrics.
