About This Opportunity
Join a growing company as their Product Designer and shape the end-to-end experience of digital products.
Balance user-centered design principles with business objectives while producing designs that are functional, intuitive, and scalable across web and mobile platforms.
What You'll Do
Conduct user research including interviews, usability studies, and data analysis to identify needs and pain points
Create personas, user journey maps, and user flows to guide design decisions and product strategy
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Develop and maintain scalable design systems including typography, color palettes, icons, and reusable components
Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) are incorporated into all designs across devices and platforms
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define scope, priorities, and accurate implementation
Run A/B tests on UI variations and gather user feedback to validate design improvements
Deliver pixel-perfect designs for web and mobile interfaces with detailed interaction specifications
Partner with development teams using handoff tools like Zeplin, Figma Dev Mode, or InVision Inspect
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and product performance data
What You Bring
2+ years professional product design experience with strong UX/UI portfolio showcasing problem-solving and craftsmanship
Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for designing and prototyping
Experience creating user flows,



wireframes, prototypes, and responsive layouts for web and mobile
Solid understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards
Familiarity with design system creation and maintenance across product teams
Experience working in Agile environments with product managers and development teams
Strong communication skills with ability to defend design decisions using data and user insights
Background in SaaS platforms, consumer apps, or enterprise tools (preferred)
Basic front-end development knowledge (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for better collaboration (preferred)
Experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Optimizely (preferred)
