Becario de Ingeniería Industrial- GMS & Comunicaciones page is loaded## Becario de Ingeniería Industrial- GMS & Comunicacionesremote type: Onsitelocations: Toluca, Mexico, Mexicotime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: JR-***********Job Description****Responsable de:**La incorporación de un Becario de Ingeniería Industrial es estratégica para fortalecer el cumplimiento del **Integral Manufacturing System (GMS)** y asegurar la continuidad operativa del área, mediante el soporte técnico en piso, la resolución de problemas de manufactura y la digitalización de procesos.
El puesto contribuirá al análisis de datos, automatización de reportes, gestión de la comunicación organizacional y seguimiento a planes de capacitación, asegurando una correcta difusión de información y un enfoque constante en la mejora continua y la eficiencia de los procesos industriales.
**Principales responsabilidades*** Ejecutar revisiones en piso de manufactura y dar seguimiento a evidencias para auditorías del sistema GMS.
* Apoyar en la resolución de problemas mediante la aplicación de metodologías de mejora continua (5 Porqués, Ishikawa), enfocadas en la eliminación de desperdicios y optimización de procesos.
* Desarrollar, actualizar y automatizar reportes y dashboards en Power BI para el análisis de indicadores operativos y toma de decisiones.
* Gestionar y mantener la comunicación relacionada con GMS e iniciativas operativas a través de distintos medios (Slack, SharePoint y correos electrónicos), asegurando la correcta difusión de información a todos los niveles de la organización.
* Administrar sitios de SharePoint y repositorios digitales, asegurando el orden, actualización y disponibilidad de la información del complejo.
* Dar seguimiento al plan de capacitación y a la trazabilidad de competencias del personal, apoyando en la generación de reportes y controles.
* Colaborar con las áreas operativas e innovación en la digitalización y mejora continua de los procesos industriales.
**Requisitos:*** Ser un estudiante activo de formación académica superior (semestre o cuatrimestre) Graduación **Verano **** o posterior*** Contar con un nivel intermedio de inglés* Seguro facultativo vigente**Carrera:** Ingeniería Industrial, Desarrollo de Software, Gestión Empresarial o Afín.




**Experiencia y habilidades deseables:*** Office Intermedio-Avanzado, PowerBi, Comunicación efectiva, Proactivo y enfocado en la mejora continua.
