1. Application Monitoring and Stability
Monitor application health and performance through designated dashboards and platform tools.
Ensure consistent uptime and proactively address potential issues.
2. Incident and Issue Resolution
Respond to and resolve support tickets in ServiceNow.
Troubleshoot access-related issues (networking, SSL, SSO).
Monitor incident queues and escalate complex problems when needed.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely ticket closure and high user satisfaction.
3. Vendor and Third-Party Collaboration
Coordinate with software vendors and external support partners for advanced troubleshooting, escalations, and issue resolution.
Lead or participate in joint investigations when required.
4. Change Management and Release Coordination
Plan, test, and implement upgrades and patches according to ITIL processes.
Track change requests and update workflows using JIRA.
Participate in Agile ceremonies related to change delivery and documentation.
5. Access and Configuration Management
Support user onboarding/offboarding processes.
Troubleshoot SSO integration issues.
Manage SSL certificate renewals.
Ensure proper application connectivity aligned with company security and compliance standards.
6. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
Create and update internal support documentation, process guides, and Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs).
Keep documentation current as new troubleshooting steps, configurations, or platform enhancements are introduced.
7. Continuous Improvement and Collaboration
Work with product owners, infrastructure teams, and vendors to identify recurring issues and propose long-term solutions.
Participate in review meetings and Agile sprints to support continuous improvement of the Digital Pathology Portal.

ITIL Fundamentals




Strong understanding of ITIL principles with hands-on experience managing incidents, problems, and changes.
Incident and Ticketing Systems
Proficiency in ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management.
Working knowledge of JIRA for task tracking and workflow updates.
Authentication & Security
Hands-on experience troubleshooting SSO, SAML, and SSL certificate issues in production environments.
Networking Troubleshooting
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic connectivity, firewall, DNS, and protocol-related issues.
Windows and Unix Server Administration
Solid experience supporting, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows and Unix servers used for hosting applications.
Storage Management
Working knowledge of storage solutions (NFS, persistent volumes, SAN/NAS).
Experience monitoring capacity, performing upgrades, and troubleshooting performance or access issues.
SQL and NoSQL Database Support
Experience supporting and troubleshooting SQL and NoSQL databases (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar).
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Java.
DevOps experience with CI/CD tools, release management, and process migrations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently.
Experience collaborating with global teams.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM, Kanban, or SAFe.

Remote position.
Full payroll (no mixed compensation model).
