About the Company A multinational manufacturing company is seeking a Sr.
HR Generalist to act as a strategic HR partner within one of its key production sites.
This position will lead initiatives in employee relations, talent management, compliance, and organizational development, ensuring alignment with business goals and integral HR standards.This key role involves being the primary HR partner for employees and leadership, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor law and international standards.Serve as the main HR partner for employees and leadership, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor law and international standards (IATF *****, ISO ****).
Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning for technical and administrative roles.Drive training programs in leadership, technical skills, safety, and regulatory compliance (including NOM-035).
Manage HR operations, personnel files, payroll support,



and benefits administration.Oversee performance management, career development, and continuous improvement in HR processes.Support both unionized and non-unionized environments, including negotiations and contract administration.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 8 years of HR experience in manufacturing (automotive preferred).
Knowledge of HRIS (SuccessFactors, SAP HR, or similar).
Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English).
Experienced HR professional with solid expertise in labor compliance.Hands-on leader able to balance operational HR with strategic initiatives.Skilled in employee engagement, union relations, and workforce development.
