Because when you thrive, innovation thrives.QUALITY ENGINEERIMPACT and OPPORTUNITY:Direct responsible for implementation of systems and controls necessary in the production process to ensure compliance of the product and process with customer requirements, participating in early stages of launch with direct responsibility in the realization and submission of PPAP to customers As well as the implementation of corrective actions at any stage of the process to correct nonconformities of the product, process or systemESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESEstablish and maintain documented procedures of quality productDevelop and preserve documentation regarding the Production Parts Approval Process (PPAP)Review customer drawing significant/critical characteristics prior PPAP and update APQP documentsDevelop/Review/Update quality plansIdentify and acquire any control, process, equipment (including inspection and testing equipment), accessories, resources,



and skills necessary to meet the required qualityPreserve documentation of quality plans as directed in the procedure for record keeping dataDefine and establish measuring techniques and sampling plansDefine and establish reaction plans when acceptance criteria are not fulfilledIdentify and implement statistical methods of verification/validation where applicable or as directed by the quality plansParticipate in the selection and evaluation of measuring equipmentDocument corrective and preventive actions according to documented procedures relating to handling of customer complaintsParticipate in activities related to the process of Advance Quality Planning according to the phases that indicate involvementPerform updates as necessary, quality control, inspection and testing techniques, including the development of new instrumentationManage, record, and report all costs incurred in quality activities (Cost of Quality)Comply with the quality system requirementsEfficiently supervise his staffCreate a control plan with a summary of all critical and significant characteristics, listing of inspections to occur on the prototype part and incoming new materialsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSDegree in Engineering3 to 5 years' experience in the automotive industry focusing on quality systemsKnowledge in ISO **** & IATF *****Knowledge of Problem SolvingKnowledge in Statistical ToolKnowledge in Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC.
