We're looking for a **Quality Supervisor** to champion quality initiatives, ensure compliance with **AS**** standards**, and help us keep things running smoother than a brand-new engine.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate the quality team to achieve departmental goals.
- Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) to support operations in design, sales, and purchasing.
- Implement SMART metrics and risk-based processes to improve quality standards and mitigate issues.
- Support and oversee internal customer and 3rd party regulatory audits, including FAA and CASE inspections.
- Collaborate with operations to resolve manufacturing challenges and improve inspection plans.
- Foster a positive team culture while ensuring adherence to best practices and policies.
- Analyze quality data and drive initiatives to reduce waste and costs.
- Effectively coordinate inspection resources and collaborate across teams to achieve goals.




- Resolve challenges and drive continuous improvement while leveraging expertise across all departmental functions
Experiência y requisitos
- ** Required**: Bachelor's degree in engineering and or 10+ years of quality experience in lean manufacturing, preferably aerospace.
Proficiency in AS****, ISO****, FAA FAR Regulations, and quality tools such as 8D, APQP, and RCCA.
- ** Preferred**: AS****D Lead Auditor certification and expertise in tools and methodologies associated with **Lean** or **Six Sigma**like 5S, VSM, DFSS, DMAIC, and 5Why.
- Must speak and write English Proficiency.
**Essential Physical Functions**
- Ability to work in a fast-paced metal mechanical manufacturing environment.
