**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with UX designers to transform high-level user requirements into compelling and effective software solutions.

- Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
- Implement and oversee the use of issue tracking and task estimation systems to ensure efficient project execution.
- Produce and analyze burndown charts to monitor team progress and address potential setbacks promptly.
- _**Innovation and Learning**:_
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in software development, particularly in AI/ML, to continually enhance our platform.
- Encourage the adoption of innovative solutions and practices within the team.

- Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration using tools like GitHub and CodeTogether HQ.
- Ensure remote team dynamics are optimized for productivity and employee engagement.

**Requirements**:

- 5-7 years of software development experience, with a solid foundation in React/TypeScript and Spring/Java.
- Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes is required, enabling effective participation in our development and build processes.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing small to mid-size development teams in a fully remote environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate user needs into effective product features.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, crucial for a remote work setting.
- Professional written and verbal communication in English.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per month
