**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Create and maintain **technical documentation**, including **API documentation, system architecture, user guides, and developer manuals**.
- Work closely with **backend and frontend developers** to understand software architecture, workflows, and key functionalities.
- Document software components, frameworks, and integrations, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Develop and update **installation guides, release notes, and troubleshooting documentation**.
- Translate complex technical concepts into **simple, easy-to-understand content** for various audiences (developers, QA engineers, end-users).
- Collaborate with **UX/UI designers** to document frontend interactions, usability guidelines, and design system components.
- Maintain version control of documentation and ensure updates align with software releases.
- Standardize documentation formats and ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry standards.
- Assist in creating **training materials, FAQs, and internal knowledge base articles**.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience as a **Technical Writer** in an **IT, software development, or SaaS environment**.
- Strong understanding of **backend and frontend technologies**,



including APIs, databases, programming languages, and frameworks.
- Familiarity with **technical documentation tools** such as **Markdown, Confluence, Swagger, or Docusaurus**.
- Ability to read and interpret code in **Python, JavaScript, Java, or other common programming languages** (not necessarily coding experience but understanding).
- Experience documenting **RESTful APIs, SDKs, and microservices architecture**.
- Strong research skills and the ability to collaborate with developers to gather technical information.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of **Agile and DevOps methodologies** is a plus.
- Familiarity with **Git/GitHub** for managing documentation repositories.
