**World Renowned Cellular Performance Institute Looking For Aftercare Physicians**

The Cellular Performance Institute, located in Playas de Tijuana, is looking for Aftercare Physicians to ensure that patients receive appropriate medical follow-up, respond to their questions and concerns, and coordinate the necessary care to guarantee a successful recovery and/or establish the appropriate therapeutic plan for their return.

We are considered by many to be the world's premiere facility for stem cell treatments and manufacturing. Our weekly stream of clientele include professional athletes from the UFC, NFL, MLB and more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct follow-up calls with patients, address medical concerns, provide guidance, and coordinate any necessary adjustments in treatment or referrals.
- Handle complaints by actively listening to patient concerns, providing clear information, and ensuring they feel understood.
- Assess each patient’s case to determine if it’s within your expertise. If needed, collaborate with the medical team and departments to ensure timely, comprehensive care.




- Support other department activities as needed and collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency and meet objectives.
- Complete weekly metrics for internal control to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Medical degree and professional license.
- Advanced English proficiency (90%) - conversational and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and internet usage.
