We are seeking an Outbound Call Center Sales Supervisor to lead and sustain a high performing team of remote cold callers with strong discipline, consistency, and a results-driven mindset.

n

This role is responsible for supervising, coaching, and driving team performance while ensuring consistent execution of call center strategy.

n

This is a hands on leadership role within outbound sales operations.

n

- *Scope of Coverage**

n・ Supervise and support: 15–20 cold callersn

・ Team profile: Mixed experience levels

n

・ Sales motion: Outbound cold calling

n

・ Primary outcomes: Transfers and qualified leads

n

- *Key Responsibilities**

nTeam Performance & Supervisionn

・ Supervise and support a team of outbound cold callers

n

・ Own team performance with a focus on transfers and qualified leads

n

・ Reinforce accountability, discipline, and consistent execution

n

・ Ensure adherence to scripts, call flows, and operational standards

n

Coaching & Sales Development

n

・ Conduct live call monitoring and structured call reviews

n

・ Provide clear, direct, and actionable feedback

n

・ Lead regular 1:1 coaching sessions focused on performance improvement

n

・ Reinforce objection handling, call control, and communication standards

n

・ Maintain team engagement and performance consistency

n

KPI Tracking & Performance Management

n

・ Monitor performance using dialer reports, Google Sheets, and dashboards

n

・ Track conversion rates, attendance, and engagement

n

・ Identify performance gaps and behavioral trends

n

・ Hold team members accountable to KPIs and expectations

n

Strategy Execution & Issue Prevention

n





・ Execute predefined call center strategies with consistency

n

・ Diagnose performance issues when results decline

n

・ Implement action plans to improve results

n

・ Proactively identify risks to production

n

・ Escalate issues and recommendations when necessary

n

Attendance, Punctuality & Commitment

n

・ Monitor attendance, punctuality, and overall commitment

n

・ Address performance and engagement issues early

n

・ Support performance improvement plans when required

n

Required Experience & Qualifications

n

・ Minimum 3 years of experience leading a sales team

n

・ Proven background in cold calling and outbound call center sales

・ Experience working with remote or distributed teams (preferred)

Compensation

n・ $300 USD weekly basen

・ Uncapped commissions based on team performance

・ Expected earnings: $500+ USD weekly
