Job Description

n

As a Prototype Assembler, you will perform several electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks to support developmental requirements in pre-production projects.

n

You will work from rough schematics, blueprints, and oral instructions to construct developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies, and components.

n

You may perform rework and quality testing.

n

You will typically include interaction with development and manufacturing engineering personnel.

n

You will report to the Production Supervisor and this position is located in Monterrey, Manufacturing.

n

Your Responsibilities

n

- Perform several electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks to support developmental requirements in pre-production projects.
- Work from rough schematics, blueprints, and oral instructions to construct developmental assemblies,



sub-assemblies, and components.
- May perform rework and quality testing.
- Work on routine assignments requiring limited judgment.
- Work with peers and internal customers to exchange or present factual information.

n

The Essentials - You Will Have:

n

- Technician High School diploma or equivalent.

n

(or 6 months experience in a similar positions)

n

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

n

- Read electrical diagrams
- Wiring experience
- Schedule availability.
- Typically requires no previous related experience.
