Bilingual Call Center Agent Location: On-site Position Overview We are looking for a 100% bilingual Call Center Agent to join our team.This role requires constant interaction with customers located in the United States, providing high-quality customer service and sales support over the phone.The ideal candidate must feel confident communicating in English on a daily basis, as all customer interactions will be conducted in English.This position is idóneo for professionals with a strong customer service mindset, sales orientation, and the ability to manage multiple requests while delivering an excellent customer experience.Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls with U.S.-based customers in English.- Provide support regarding claims, orders, and customer complaints.- Perform telephone sales and follow up on assigned customer portfolios.- Ensure achievement of sales and service objectives.- Track and follow up on customer requests until resolution.- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, logistics,
and technical service.- Maintain accurate records in digital platforms and systems.Requirements- Education: Bachelor's Degree (required).- Language Skills:- Advanced English level (B2–C1) – Mandatory.- This is a 100% bilingual position; continuous communication with U.S. customers is required.- Experience:- At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales processes.- Experience using digital platforms for buying and selling is a plus.- Technical Skills:- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office or delivery/sales platforms.- Availability:Desired Skills- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on results.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, phone-based environment.- Team player with strong organizational skills.
