Oversee and evaluate the performance of Mercedes-Benz's social media channels across Mexico and the LATAM region.
This role is pivotal in crafting data-driven strategies toamplify brand presence, foster audience engagement, and achieve key business objectives.
He/she will leverage analytical insights to optimize content and campaigns, ensuring alignment with regional market trends and consumer preferences.
Develop and execute organic social media content calendars in alignment with HQ Topic Planning, local marketing campaigns and product launches for MB Mexico and LATAM HUB.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as PR, customer service and sales, to ensure cohesive and integrated social media strategies.
Produce engaging, highquality content—including graphics, videos,
and written posts—that are consistently on-brand and align with the desired style, quality, and tone of voice.
This role requires a keen eye for detail and a creative approach to content creation that resonates with our audience.
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversion rates using the social media tool SPRINKLR.
Generate insights and recommendations to optimize content and strategy.
Stay informed on social media trends, competitor activities, the Mercedes-Benz Mexico dealer network channels, and industry developments to continually refine and enhance strategic approaches.
Oversee and manage daily operations of Mercedes-Benz's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked
In, You
Tube, etc.) Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to verify order details, resolve discrepancies, and manage PO reporting and reconciliation processes efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Advanced English
Local contract applies.
