Overview We are seeking an experienced Americas Tax Manager to lead and oversee the tax function across the region. This position reports to the Integral Treasury and Tax Director and is part of the broader global tax team. This senior‑level role requires a seasoned, energetic, and results‑oriented professional who consistently demonstrates transparency, integrity, and accountability. The scope of the role includes a strong focus on regional tax management—both direct and indirect—ensuring full statutory and tax compliance while effectively managing tax risks across the Americas. The successful candidate will operate as a strategic business partner , ensuring that the tax function is proactive, value‑adding, and aligned with the organization’s business drivers, objectives, and long‑term goals. The role contributes directly to enhancing overall business performance wherever possible. Ownership over tax reporting and the income tax forecasting processes (including OTP second level review and sign-off), for all entities in the region. monitoring, tracking and support) over all income tax compliance processes, direct and indirect (VAT), including Global Minimum Tax (GMT) for the region. monitoring, tracking, and support) over all material tax audits and litigation concerning the region and roll-out of a pro-active tax audit preparedness program. Pro-active and effective tax-support to significant change management initiatives, including but not limited to the creation of regional centers of competence and footprint rationalization. Act as the point person with strong support to and collaboration with the broader finance team and business leaders, with respect to tax planning and transactions concerning the Asian region. Monitoring and management of the quality and timeliness of external advisors and their deliverables against agreed budgets. At least 10 years tax experience, preferably in an in-house role with international exposure. Experience in US tax is mandatory for this role, whilst experience in Brazil and Mexico Tax is a strong plus. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or in related field is required. CPA/MBA/MS preferred. Strong Microsoft office skills and knowledge of financial/tax modeling. Ability to liaise with regional finance group, fiscal authorities and third party service providers in completing local tax returns. In-depth knowledge of the income tax laws of at least US. Excellent leadership (with emphasis on informal leadership) and project management skills. Analytical and highly structured approach coupled with a strong attention to detail and impact analysis. Ability to work within a cross-functional team and able to delegate, mentor and develop the finance function in the area of tax compliance.
