Community Sports Partners is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team.
In this role, you’ll manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle key administrative tasks that help drive our day-to-day operations forward. What You’ll Do
- Own and optimize day-to-day operations to help the organization run efficiently and effectively
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and keep priorities organized
- Prepare emails, reports, and presentations as needed
- Coordinate travel, including flights and accommodations
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Plan and support meetings, events, and logistics
- Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential records
What You Bring
- Experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Clear and professional communication (written and verbal)
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and common workplace tools
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage shifting priorities
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in related administrative support roles.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
