**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborates with stakeholders to understand design objectives and user experience goals.
- Creates and manages graphical elements including images, icons, and landing page templates for the Website production team.
- Designs optimized digital user experiences across multiple device types leveraging best practices and technical requirements.




- Implements responsible design principles to ensure optimal viewing experiences across devices and screen sizes
- Stay updated on industry best practices for mobile and responsive design.
- Partners closely with the Website Product Manager, Producers, and Technology team to implement and refine designs during the development process.
- Provides design assets and specifications to ensure accurate and pixel-perfect implementation.

**Job Requirements**:

- BS in Graphic Design, Web design or a related field
- 3+ years experience in Website design
- Proven experience as a web designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects
- Proficiency in graphic design software including, Adobe Photoshop, illustrator
- Knowledge of Figma, HTML, CSS, and web design principles
- Understanding of responsive design and user-centered design principles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
