We are looking to hire a **Technical Writer**at our office in Mexico City.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Documentation Development:
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and design teams to gather information and develop detailed documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and API guides, in both English and Spanish.
- Write, edit, and maintain user-friendly content that clearly communicates complex technical information.
Content Strategy:
- Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices for bilingual content, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing documentation and propose new content that addresses the needs of English and Spanish-speaking customers.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product features and updates, facilitating the creation of relevant and timely bilingual documentation.
- Actively participate in product development meetings to provide input from a documentation perspective.
Tools and Technology:
- Use various authoring tools and content management systems to create and update bilingual documentation efficiently.
- Explore and recommend new tools or technologies that could enhance the efficiency and quality of documentation processes.
Continuous Improvement:
- Solicit feedback from users and stakeholders to continually refine documentation in both languages and address areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and incorporate them into your work.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Document360 (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with TalentLMS (preferred but not required)
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into easily understandable language in both languages.
- Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, Microsoft Word, or similar.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
