Overview Graphic Designer Specialist We are seeking a Graphic Designer Specialist to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Graphic Designer Specialist at Marsh, you will take full ownership of the brand system, driving its strategic evolution and ensuring consistent application across all touchpoints; proactively identify opportunities to enhance brand equity and market positioning. We will count on you to : Conceptualizes graphics materials such as brochures, flyers, surveys, presentations, web graphics, and communicates progress with stakeholders throughout the project. Helps to create layouts with desktop publishing software and merges with applicable copy involving brochures, applications, inserts, advertisements, reports, and posters. Proofs promotional materials at various stages of the approval and printing process to ensure that specifications and standards are met.



Provides approved outputs to production for printing to maintain consistency of finished products. Identifies opportunities to improve internal processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness; imparts constructive feedback to team members educating them on best practices and job knowledge. Plans content, graphic aspects, and presentation of material, product, or service. Follows workflow process on all design projects to ensure consistency of design. Uses deep technical and design expertise to engage clients in discussions about branding, design principles and timelines. What you need to have A strong portfolio demonstrating your creative design skills across different mediums (portfolio must be in English ). 3+ years of brand design experience at an agency, in-house, or both.
