We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our esteemed marketing agency. This role requires strong design expertise and a proven track record of creating impactful visual designs, with leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the design process from conceptualization to execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop design strategies and solutions that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Create visually appealing digital marketing collateral for social media, web, email newsletters, infographics, and other promotional materials.
- Set design standards and ensure consistent branding across digital platforms and campaigns.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, techniques, and software tools, fostering a culture of innovation within the design team.
- Act as liaison between the design team and clients or internal stakeholders, communicating concepts, gathering feedback, and ensuring successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to integrate design assets into campaigns, working with developers, content creators, and other members.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources to meet deadlines.
- Work with external vendors to oversee production and ensure final output meets quality specifications.

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of industry experience collaborating with teams and working independently.




- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, focused on digital design, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of digital projects, demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, and an eye for layout, typography, and color.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Deep understanding of design principles, composition, balance, scale, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Up‐to‐date knowledge of design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and understanding of design's impact on engagement and conversion.
- Experience in UX/UI design and web development is a plus.
