This role will be responsible for selling exclusive Mexico travel experiences to international agencies, meeting client demands while creating unique journeys that positively impact our clients, optimize sales, and foster long-term loyalty. Main Responsibilities Manage the full sales process from start to finish, including proposal design, budget management, and margin optimization. Provide agile responses and accurately interpret client needs, offering products that exceed expectations. Create attractive, personalized proposals in both content and presentation, tailored to each client’s specific requirements. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the business, including hotels and exclusive experiences. Promote and drive unique and exclusive experiences in Mexico, integrating strategies to maximize value and client satisfaction.



Sell Mexico travel experiences to international and local agencies; identify opportunities for additional revenue. What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field. Minimum of 3–4 years of experience designing tailor-made luxury travel, preferably within a DMC / Incoming environment. Strong knowledge of product suppliers (hotels, experiences, transportation providers, etc.). Proficiency in tools: intermediate Excel level. Advanced English (written and spoken). Strong interest in and enjoyment of direct client interaction. Key competencies: excellent customer service, assertive communication, planning, and organization skills. What will you be part of?
