Summary:

The Technical Designer is responsible for delivering both creative development and technical production support. This hybrid role blends graphic design sensibility with technical precision, ensuring concepts are translated into accurate renderings, shop drawings, and build-ready documentation. Ensures the visual product produced maintains the company’s standards of creative excellence, timeliness, and profitability, while achieving the clients’ goals. This position requires excellent creative aesthetic and digital design knowledge.

What You’ll Do:

- Work closely alongside Associate Art Director to produce complete programmatic proposal.
- Maintain corporate branding standards to ensure quality & consistency in all presentation materials.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends.
- Responsible for producing appropriate visuals (renderings, sketches, concepts, storyboards, presentations) for client proposals and brand operations.
- Can interpret client-provided CADs and extract measurements as needed.
- Responsible for producing associated technical documents (custom build docs, CAD-related floor plan or façade mapping).
- Produce visuals in accordance with budget and client needs.
- Take ownership of the visual design process.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Illustration – drawing and sketching.
- 3D experience - Rhino 5, Blendr, Sketch Up,



etc.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Proven ability to deal with confidential materials appropriately.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Adobe and Photoshop.

What We’re Looking For and Requirements:

- Proficient in CAD software for technical drafting and design development.
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Arts, or related field.
- Two or Four-Year degree in a related field (Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, etc.)
- Experience working with 3D experience - Rhino 5, Blendr, Sketch Up, etc.
- Excellent English (spoken and written) – essential for communication with clients.

What We Offer:

- Schedule: Monday- Friday, 7:00 am- 4:00 pm PST.
- $25,000- $35,000 pesos a month (gross salary)
