Role Summary
Lead the design of AI-powered clinical operations tools, shaping intuitive workflows for real clinics across Latin America. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver high-impact, trustworthy user experiences.

Must-have Requirements

4–10 years designing workflow-heavy SaaS products.

Proven experience shipping complex systems from concept to production.

Advanced Figma skills, including components and interactive prototyping.

Fluency in Spanish and English.

Main Responsibilities





Design and prototype AI-assisted scheduling and patient chat workflows for clinics.

Create clear, trustworthy interfaces for human-in-the-loop review and agent supervision.

Establish scalable design systems to accelerate engineering and product development.

Partner with engineering and product teams to ship high-quality features quickly.Occasionally participate in field visits to ground design decisions in real clinic workflows.
