We are looking for an Executor & Data‑oriented person with strong communication and negotiation skills to support one of the top & most amazing start‑ups in the Food category across LATAM. In this position, you will have the opportunity to create value by converting data into powerful insights and execution plans to take key actions in the day‑to‑day offline experience operations.
This role will allow you to interact and collaborate with cross‑functional teams like marketing, safety, legal, CX, Product, S&P;, research, and GA. Being part of the Food Delivery team you will manage regional seasonality activations and partnership alliances with a best‑in‑class approach across the markets where DiDi operates.
As our executor and numbers‑passionate team member, it is preferable you have a background and advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and Python as well as sound business acumen.
In this role, you'll be…
Build scalable seasonality operations processes focused on bringing growth and efficiency during special moments and peak demand periods
Create integral strategies alongside key stakeholders (Internal & External) to improve business cooperation relations & streamwork results
Build planning strategies based on a structured forecast and budget management
Responsible for creating seasonality engagement and gamification strategies to increase, and retain the number of couriers on our platform, as well as online connection time
Make recommendations for courier experience in Mexico & regional markets based on the couriers preferences and perception
Create intelligence strategies to improve benefits and partnerships that enhance the value proposition for courier’s base
Conduct research and analyze data to come up with insightful proofs of effectiveness and efficiency of the product & operations teams
Compile data insights and work cross‑functionally with different departments such as strategy, business intelligence, marketing, CX, and several operation teams across the region
Build and maintain detailed reporting models including core OKRs and growth funnels to assist city‑level, regional, and markets consolidation efforts
Document best practices to ensure consistency and promote continuous improvement cycles within the business unit and the company
Provide support in the development and feedback of new functionalities and assignment models to the product team

2 to 4 years of professional experience in consulting, acquisition, project management, commercial, operations, or the technology sector or as an analyst
Background in engineering, administration, international business, or economics; careers that best fit this profile
Problem‑solving skills: gathering data, executing analysis, and structuring information to bring a solution
Ownership: prioritization skills, feedback culture, and owner mentality
Risk and ambiguity: ability to deal with uncertainty and take risks with innovative methods where needed
Demonstrated aptitude for analytical and conceptual problem solving; comfort with quantitative analysis
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
Detail‑oriented, with a strong desire to learn
Teamwork: showcase strong teamwork and collaboration, emotional maturity
English proficiency to communicate with other teams across DiDi’s operation
Skills: knowledge and experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Google or Microsoft suite is nice to have to improve business processes and results consolidation
