GenAI Writing Lead – Proposal and Content Development Location: CDMX
Job Type: Full-time
Are you a seasoned writer with deep hands-on experience leveraging Generative AI to transform content creation? We are looking for a unique professional to join our team in a newly created, hybrid role that blends advanced proposal writing with cutting-edge GenAI application.
About the Role
This is not a traditional proposal writer role. The position is split approximately 50/50 between:
Proposal Writing: Creating compelling proposals and business content that effectively communicate our value.
GenAI-Focused Work: Leading the charge on GenAI integration within our writing processes.
As our GenAI Lead, you will:
Use advanced prompting techniques to accelerate and enhance first draft content generation.
Support writers by developing and implementing AI-powered tools, workflows, and methodologies designed to improve speed, efficiency, and quality.
Act as a proactive GenAI expert within our writing community, pushing beyond casual AI tool usage to drive real impact.

What You Bring
Demonstrated,

Strong professional writing ability, with backgrounds in:
Proposal writing (valuable but not mandatory)
Marketing or business content writing
Other professional writing roles
Bachelor's Degree
Proficiency in written and spoken English
