We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join an internal creative team, supporting a portfolio of conferences, digital education products, and community-driven initiatives.

This role is responsible for owning brand and logo design across key initiatives while also executing high-quality creative across digital, social, email, and event-related materials.

The adecuado candidate has a strong visual point of view, solid technical design skills, and the ability to translate strategic direction into polished, on-brand creative. You will collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and digital teams to ensure visual consistency and impact across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Own the design and evolution of logos and visual identities for conferences, programs, and initiatives
Translate brand strategy and positioning into strong visual concepts
Refresh and refine existing brand elements while maintaining continuity
Ensure brand expression is consistent across channels and formats
Design high-quality assets across digital, social, email,



web, and event materials
Produce creative for campaigns including social graphics, email headers, landing page visuals, and promotional assets
Adapt and resize creative for multiple platforms and placements
Balance creativity with clarity, usability, and performance needs
Partner with copywriters, paid media, and marketing teams to develop integrated creative
Participate in creative reviews and brainstorming sessions
Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining design integrity
Manage and organize logos, templates, and design files for internal use
Maintain clean, accessible design systems and shared assets
Ensure teams are using the most up-to-date brand assets
Stay current on design trends, digital formats, and platform best practices
Apply trends thoughtfully in ways that support brand goals
Continuously refine visual craft and execution quality
