We are hiring a Junior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our regional Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) team.

This entry‑level role supports the preparation and validation of vendor payment proposals, ensuring invoices are approved, accurate, and processed on time. The position plays a key role in maintaining compliance, strengthening internal controls, and supporting efficient financial operations across our Americas FSSC model.

What you will do:

- Prepares and reviews vendor payment proposals in the ERP based on payment calendars and country‑specific rules.
- Ensures invoices are approved, accurate, and ready for payment.
- Identifies and follows up on payment blocks, exceptions, or discrepancies.
- Performs pre‑payment controls to ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Supports rejected payment resolution and collaborates with AP, Finance, and stakeholders.
