Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sherpa: Life Transformation Coach based in Cabo San Lucas, BCS, with flexibility to work remotely as needed. The Life Transformation Coach will facilitate personal development and growth for clients by offering compassionate guidance and tailored coaching programs. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one coaching sessions, fostering effective communication with clients, guiding them through their transformation process,



and assisting in developing personalized life strategies. The role also entails collaborating with the team to ensure holistic and lasting progress for clients.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Life Coaching and Coaching techniques to inspire and guide clients effectively
- Strong Communication skills to foster meaningful connections and convey concepts clearly
- Experience in Personal Development and Training to facilitate growth-oriented strategies
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to support clients on their unique journeys
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment with some in-office presence in Cabo San Lucas, BCS
- Relevant certifications in life coaching or related fields are a plus
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage
